According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the country's exports of hot rolled coils (HRC) totaled 54,616 tons in August, soaring by 73.48% year on year but falling by 42% from a month ago.
Meanwhile, the country's HRC export values totaled US$29.93 million, jumping by 45% year on year but slumping by 45.3% from a month ago.
In the first eight months of this year, the country's HRC exports amounted to 1.01 million tons, jumping by 2.55 fold year on year.
